UK, March 1, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) – We now see a break in the “Scottish Armour” that could at last see justice come to dear Hollie Greig and her mother Anne. It is truly amazing to see a press release suddenly coming out of Scotland courtesy of the BBC with the following headlines: “Parents to learn of sex offenders” but does this resolve the past crime carried out on poor Hollie? Does it address the ongoing ring of Pedophiles that were involved in her case, part of which became a possible murder?
It is with interest that I read in this article the following statement from Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill who said “The scheme would allow parents to ask for background checks on anyone they may have concerns about.” My question would therefore be what about the long list that was made available to the Aberdeen Sheriff and the Grampian Police and what happened to background checks normally associated with such matters?
MacAskill went on to say, according to the BBC report that “Scotland is one of the leading countries in the world in terms of its approach to the management of sex offenders and we will continue to strengthen this approach.” I do however find this statement a none event in relation to Hollie Greig’s traumatic life!
He also stated “We have made progress in recent years to toughen up safeguards in place – such as strengthening measures to assess, manage and minimise the risks posed by sex offenders – but I am determined to go even further.”…..my response to this would be then go even further and bring all those involved in Hollie’s case to trial including those people in high office that suppressed Hollie’s story!
In my opinion there is no need to slowly phase this procedure in…….”It should be immediate and without delay so as to stop any further suffering of innocent children”…….We are now led to believe that it is a number one priority of the British Prime Minister to protect our children……So Mr. KacAskill lets see this action kicking in now and not by the end of the year.
The BBC article finished by stating the comments from Assistant Chief Constable Iain Livingstone, from the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland who welcomed the decision to roll out the initiative. He said: “The Keeping Children Safe pilot in Tayside has been a positive step which adds to existing child protection measures and increases the intelligence the police have in relation to 
monitoring sex offenders. “The implementation throughout Scotland will increase our ability to protect children and other vulnerable members of the community.” From my perspective I would hope that he also looks into the situation that developed within the Grampian Police Force in Aberdeen who said, in Hollie’s case there was no case to answer (even one of their members were involved). I believe that the person involved may have since died.
It is interesting to note that Simpson and Marwick are acting as the solicitors for Aberdeen’s Sheriff Graeme BUCHANAN who has played a major role in this case. This same solicitor also acted on behalf of Denis Mackie, the father of Hollie (a pedophile) who started this whole sordid story and took away Hollie’s childhood. One must also put an emphasis on the fact that Graeme Buchanan presided over the divorce of Anne and Denis Mackie. Doesn’t it appear so strange that such a high ranking Sheriff would be involved in a simple family divorce case? Was there a case of personal interest and protection in doing so? One can now clearly see how all the paths keep crossing each other but lead to the same point of origin.
This is a perfect opportunity for all those in authority to clear away this terrible “Dark Grey Cloud that hangs over Scotland” and by doing so inject pride back into the people of Scotland……..I would even go as far as to say that Hollie and her Mum Anne should be given an award for the bravery in standing up to authority. No amount of money could ever give Hollie back what she lost (“Her Childhood).
It is clearly evident that at last this excessive publicity is getting through to very high places and those guilty of direct involvement or neglect in Hollie’s case must surely be deeply concerned by now. As they say what goes around comes around and there is no escape. I am confident that Hollie will now have her day in court.

Angiolini: Covering for Paedophilia?
‘For those of us following the Hollie Greig case, it is particularly shocking that when challenged about the lack of action from Scotland’s prosecutors and the police, instead of a statement from the Lord Advocate stating her position, a persistent stream of threatening letters from a Mr Callum Anderson of Scottish law firm, Levy & McRae have been issued on her behalf.
The question that sprung to my mind when I saw these communications was, what is Ms Angiolini, the Lord Advocate of Scotland, afraid of that she feels the need to hide behind solicitors letters?
And then, a kind member of the public pointed us to a previous incident reported on by the Telegraph, involving Ms Angiolini in her role as Procurator Fiscal for Grampian, Highlands and Islands.’

‘Journalist & Broadcaster Robert Green was arrested by Grampian Police on Friday. Scotland’s Crown Office are said to be heavily involved in the arrest in Aberdeen on Friday of the well known England based journalist & broadcaster Robert Green, who travelled to the Grampian area late Thursday to attend a public protest against the lack of action by Scotland’s law enforcement agencies to prosecute identified individuals in an Aberdeen based paedophile gang, names which include key members of Scotland’s legal establishment and even a local Sheriff, who stand accused of serial abuse of disabled victims, including downs syndrome girl, Hollie Greig.
Grampian Police arrested journalist on ‘breach of the peace’. Grampian Police apparently swooped on Mr Green before he was even able to attend Friday’s planned protest, taking him into custody earlier in the morning on a charge of breach of the peace, which Mr Green had been detained on, until his appearance tomorrow (Monday) at Aberdeen Sheriff court, where ironically, Mr Green will be taken before a colleague of a Sheriff who was identified by one of the abuse victims as being an alleged member of the paedophile gang at the centre of the case, who are accused of abusing disabled victims & also passing vulnerable children around their ranks.’‘

‘Levy & McRae were abusive and threatening in their calls to the UKColumn and they have sent a number of communications alleging that they act on behalf of the Scottish Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini. Levy & McRae refuse to state whether they act for Mrs Angiolini in her official position and capacity, or her capacity as a private individual.
Normally reliable sources close to the Scottish Government allege that Angiolini has been using Scottish taxpayers money to pay Levy & McRae – including legal threats to Google over their exposure of the Hollie Greig paedophile abuse. Levy & McRae’s actions are further compounded by their recent reference to Sheriff Buchanan. who was named by Robert Green in his public statement. It is not clear if Levy & McRae are also acting for Buchanan.’

He is the main signatory of NESCPC’s 2008 – 2009 business plan.’

Why would someone act like this in relation to the Hollie Greig case and Robert Green and be a top name in ‘child protection’? Maybe you can work it out. I have.
My god the establishment is pathetic. The brave ‘men’ and ‘women’ who force a Down’s syndrome child and her mother to flee from Scotland to England to get away from their abuse and intimidation. You’ve got brains the size of a processed pea and balls the size of peanuts.

MacAskill’s response to demands for action over the Scottish establishment paedophile ring alleged to have serially-abused Down’s Syndrome girl, Hollie Greig, is to make additions to legislation passing through the Scottish Parliament that would effectively gag anyone seeking to win justice for Hollie and other abused children when his government and the police refuse to investigate.
He says: ‘Stalking can be a deeply frightening crime for victims’. Yes, mate, Robert Green can tell you that after he was stalked by your pathetic government law office and the Grampian police – but the multiple rape of children is rather worse. Why is it not being investigated by either your government or the Grampian police? Why is a blatant murder connected to the case being covered up and not investigated by the Grampian police?
What is your response to these legitimate questions, Mr ‘justice’ man? Shut them up. What a bloody disgrace.

The legal adviser to the family of a disabled woman who claims she was abused by a paedophile ring as a child was arrested yesterday as he made his way to the centre of Aberdeen to hand out leaflets.
Political hopeful Robert Green represents the mother of Hollie Greig, a 30-year-old woman with Down’s Syndrome who says she was sexually assaulted by a Scottish sheriff, who is still serving, and a senior Grampian Police officer who is now dead.
Last night, 63-year-old Mr Green was charged with breach of the peace.
He is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.
It is understood he was arrested as he made his way to Union Street, where he was going to tell people about Hollie’s case and his plans to contest the Aberdeen South parliamentary seat as an independent candidate.
Mr Green, of Cheshire, had been staying at a bed and breakfast in King Street.
He was expected in Union Street near the Marks and Spencer store at 10.30am but never arrived.
Other “injustice” campaigners, including Aberdeen man David Emslie, formerly of Nigg Kirk Road, were waiting for Mr Green and said they were concerned for his safety when he did not appear.
Grampian Police later confirmed Mr Green was in custody.
A spokesman said: “A 63-year-old man has been charged in connection with a breach of the peace.
“As this case is now active, it would be inappropriate to make any other comment.”
Police, with the consent of Mr Green, searched his room in King Street and are believed to have left with documents belonging to him.
Hollie claims she was abused for 14 years from the age of six and has given police the names of some of the men she says assaulted her.
The 30-year-old and her mother, Anne, have been campaigning for criminal proceedings since 2000.
The abuse is alleged to have taken place in Aberdeen, and Hollie and her mother claim to have made a statement at Bucksburn police station in July that year naming those involved.
The family moved to Shropshire and two Grampian Police officers travelled to Shrewsbury in September last year to re-interview Hollie at a special facility.
Last month, the Crown Office revealed there was not enough reliable evidence to proceed with the case.
A spokesman said at the time: “Historical allegations of sexual abuse made by a 30-year-old woman in Shropshire have been thoroughly investigated by police.
“Crown counsel have considered all the available information and decided that there is insufficient credible, reliable and admissible evidence to justify criminal proceedings in respect of these allegations.”
Despite no charges ever being brought, Hollie received £13,500 compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority in April last year.
It is understood that followed evidence from a Grampian detective inspector, who described Hollie as “a truthful witness to the best of her ability and an entirely innocent victim”.
Mrs Greig, 58, claims her daughter has experienced nightmares and panic attacks since she first told her about the alleged abuse
